It’s time to detox your life in all the ways you wish so you can see both personal and professional parts of your life ignite in the ways you want to.
STEP #1: MIND
Get to know yourself. Know what brings your mind at peace in what you wish to create. Detox what shouldn't exist to make room for what should be present.
STEP #2: HEART
Then, connect with your heart. Detox what you do not wish to have present there so you can ignite what you want to receive in love during your journey.
STEP #3: GROWTH
Next, get clear on what you wish to grow in your vision so you know what to stay focused on. What needs to be detoxed so the growth can continue?
STEP #4: SURRENDER
Bring the inside out. What do you need to surrender and let go so the rest of the vision can fall into place?
STEP #5: ENVIRONMENT
Analyze the environment you have in place to support this vision and revise as needed. What do you wish to create in your circle? What needs to be detoxed to make room for that? Who do you need to be so you can receive that?
STEP #6: FLOW & FUN
Remember to inspire flow and fun in the detox work. Make this an enjoyable game you play so the detox work can be more enlightening. It is a blessing to even be alive to do the detox work in itself. Embrace it. Be grateful for the generational trends you are shifting for the better so the generations ahead of you can be more in joy.
