When I started my business in 2010, I didn't give much thought to routines.

I was terrified on how everything was going to go, and I had no idea what I was doing. 

I went to one of the best Coaching Schools, but that did nothing for my confidence. There was so much information being given so fast, and zero focus on confirming the vision of the student coach before beginning. 

So you can imagine, after taking a 2 year break, then reviving my company in 2017, I was definitely not going to run my company the same way. I wanted to make it all right this time, and more. 

Come to my surprise, this time I saw better results. I didn't quit on how we were being successful this time around. I put in the work in myself to be a great leader, I put in the work to develop a great team, and I put in the work to create better coaching platforms where our clients were happy and wanted to stay. 

As we developed and expanded, people came around wanting to support this, even if they didn't enroll in the services themselves. 

This was when Sponsors started to arrive.
